The very first Ermis Bakery opened its doors in Omonoias Avenue, in 1979, aiming to offer the people of Limassol masterfully created fresh products made with the highest quality ingredients. With a passion for baking and confectionary perfection, the store’s success sky rocketed, embracing the public warmly and giving Ermis the opportunity to expand further, even during its very first steps, with a second store in Kolonakiou street.

Today, as Limassol continually revamps itself, breathing new life to the entire region, Ermis makes sure it remains a step ahead with a brand-new look for its Omonoias store and a confident turn towards innovation; while still preserving its much-loved signature baking traditions.
